Unnatural Animals

Comics set in the "canonical" 12th century medieval era; listed in chronological order of the timeline.

"Kiss of Peace" (Richard/John, 1174) - After a past stormy encounter after the War Without Love, Richard tries to make up with his youngest brother.

"Leviathan's Fishhook" (Richard/Philip, 1179) - Taking leave from suppressing rebellious barons in the south, Richard, Count of Poitou, stops by Paris to greet King Louis and his heir.

"In Exchange for Honor" - (Richard/Philip, 1187) Philip honors Richard at his table. Richard calls his sincerity into question, but in the end, how much does it really matter?

"Dear to Me" - (Richard/Philip, 1189, NSFW) Richard offends his overlord with a single word, and backtracking just makes it worse. Set post 1189, and pre-crusade.

"The Later Years" - (Richard/Philip, late 1190s ) Single page cartoon/sketches. A look at an older Richard in his later years during the wars against Philip and building Chateau Gaillard

"What You'll Never Have" - (Richard/Phiip) The Lionheart and Augustus cease hostilities to have a little chat. Featuring a young Louis the Lion.

The Devil's Burger King Crown

Otherwise known as the "Burger King AU" to me and my friends. A self indulgent Modern AU where everyone is a cringe normie American having high school and family biz drama.

"Sorry About My Dad" - (Constance/Geoffrey)

"A Very Burger King Valentine's (Part 1)" (Richard/Philip + John) Richard is finally having a nice time, but Johnny is not happy about it. He still doesn't seem to understand what's going on though.

"Drive-Thru" - (Eleanor and Richard) Eleanor lectures her Very Special Boy on the drive home from the police station.

"No Reason to be Afraid" - (Richard/John) Richard comes back to his brother after a weekend of crusading concert competitions, shitty breakups, and getting arrested. A commission from a lovely benefactor.
