Le lion et le lys
Summaries of story about two men who were deeply involved in each other's lives for the better part of two decades. In my headcanons and interpretations, I take some character inspiration from preexisting fictional portrayals, but as I've developed my thoughts I've formed my own characterizations based on my readings. Many parts, especially the early 1170s section, are entirely fictional and speculative, but I strive to be generally consistent and non-contradictory with the timeline of the historical events.
